Duration and General Warranty Conditions
These provisions do not deprive the consumer of the legal warranty, which requires the professional seller to guarantee the buyer against any hidden defects in the sold product.
The consumer is expressly informed that GTINO is not necessarily the manufacturer of the products sold on our online store. Therefore, in the event of damage caused to a person or property due to a product defect, GTINO cannot be held liable. Any claim should be addressed directly to the respective manufacturer.
The warranty exclusively covers the replacement or repair of the defective part. No other compensation may be claimed.
To claim the warranty, the consumer must retain and present the original invoice or delivery slip.

Coverage and Warranty Costs
Any warranty request requires the return of the item to GTINO's premises at the customer’s expense. The warranty does not cover shipping and return costs, which remain the consumer's responsibility.
At GTINO, we guarantee optimal quality across our entire catalog:
- ✅ 2 years minimum warranty on all products (from the invoice date).
- ✅ 6 months warranty for electrical and electronic products.
- ✅ For electric or gasoline-powered vehicles, check the "Warranty" tab on the relevant product page. Some brands offer specific commercial warranties depending on the model.
Warranty Application

In the event of an issue with a product under warranty, we reserve the right to:

Costs and Responsibilities

No Compensation for Loss of Use
We understand that having a product under warranty can be inconvenient. However:
